Your Growth, Protected.

Introducing: The Catalyst Circle

Legal counsel shouldn’t be a “break glass in case of emergency” expense. It should be the foundation of your business strategy.

Most law firms thrive on your problems — the more time they spend fixing a crisis, the more they bill. We’ve flipped the script. We thrive on your success. With The Catalyst Circle, we provide a flat-fee, subscription-based model that gives you a dedicated legal department without the overhead.

How It Works: No Clocks. No Surprises.

We’ve eliminated the billable hour for our Circle members. You pay one monthly fee, and we become an extension of your team.

Unlimited Communication

Call, email, or Zoom us anytime. You’ll never receive a “surprise invoice” for a 15-minute phone call.

Proactive Compliance

We don’t just wait for things to break. We conduct regular audits and updates to ensure your business stays ahead of changing regulations.

Predictable Budgeting

Stop guessing what your legal spend will be this quarter. Our flat-fee structure allows you to scale with total financial clarity.

“The billable hour creates a barrier between a lawyer and a client. By removing that barrier, we become true partners. We encourage you to reach out before a small issue becomes a lawsuit.”

Nature of the Subscription Fee & Scope of Services

Nature of the Subscription Fee

Enrollment in The Catalyst Circle constitutes a General Retainer. This monthly fee is paid solely to ensure the Firm’s priority availability to the Client and to preclude the Firm from undertaking representations adverse to the Client’s interests. Because this fee is for the reservation of the Firm’s time and resources, it is considered earned upon receipt.

Proactive Services vs. Litigation

While the subscription includes proactive counsel and specific document reviews as outlined in your chosen tier, it does not include representation in active litigation or adversarial proceedings. Such matters require a separate engagement agreement and may be subject to additional fees.

Transparency

Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. We believe in earning your partnership every month. While our Catalyst Circle fees are earned upon receipt to ensure our firm’s immediate availability to you, you are never locked into a long-term commitment. You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

No Long-Term Lock-In

We earn your business every month. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice — no penalties, no friction. We’re confident in the value we deliver, which is why we don’t need a contract to keep you.

Answers Before You Ask

We believe transparency builds better client relationships. Here are the questions we hear most — answered plainly.

Do you take matters outside New Jersey?
Linda is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and handles legal matters for NJ-based clients and matters governed by NJ law. Her strategic business advisory and consulting services — including profitability analysis, operational strategy, and regulatory guidance — are available to clients nationally, as these do not constitute the practice of law.
What’s the difference between your legal and advisory services?
Linda wears two distinct hats. As an attorney, she provides legal representation, contract drafting, regulatory compliance counsel, and litigation support for NJ matters — subject to bar rules and an attorney-client relationship. As a business and healthcare advisor, she provides strategic guidance on profitability, performance analytics, and operational improvement — available to clients regardless of geography and without the formalities of a legal engagement. Many clients engage her in both capacities.
How quickly can I expect a response?
Catalyst Circle members receive priority response — typically same business day for calls and emails, and within four hours for urgent matters flagged as such. For non-members, Linda responds to new inquiries within one to two business days. One of the core benefits of the subscription model is that you are never waiting in line behind cold prospects.
Can I cancel my Catalyst Circle membership?
Yes. We believe in earning your partnership every month. While Catalyst Circle fees are earned upon receipt to ensure our firm’s immediate availability to you, you are never locked into a long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice — no penalties, no friction.
Is the Catalyst Circle right for me if I only need help occasionally?
If your legal needs are truly one-off and infrequent, a traditional per-matter engagement may be more cost-effective. The Catalyst Circle is designed for business owners and executives who want proactive, ongoing legal partnership — not just someone to call when things go wrong. If you’re growing, managing employees, entering contracts, or operating in a regulated industry, consistent legal access pays for itself. We’re happy to discuss your situation and recommend the right fit.
What happens if my matter goes to litigation?
Active litigation — including representation in state or federal court, formal arbitration, and administrative proceedings — falls outside the Catalyst Circle subscription. These matters require a separate engagement agreement and are billed at your discounted member rate (10–20% off, depending on your tier). You’ll receive a clear project quote before any work begins. No surprises.
How do I get started?
Start by scheduling a Discovery Call using the form below. Linda will review your situation, answer your questions, and recommend the right engagement model — whether that’s a Catalyst Circle membership, a project-based matter, or advisory services. There’s no obligation and no sales pressure. The call is simply a conversation.
Does submitting this form create an attorney-client relationship?
No. Submitting the contact form or scheduling a Discovery Call does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is only established upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both you and Linda M. Novosel, PLLC. Until then, please do not share confidential information through the website.
